Quantificative real-time PCR is an important technique for modern biomedical research. To obtain data by using quantificative real-time PCR is not difficult; on the contrary, to store, evaluate, process, and validate data is more difficult than obtaining of data. Some software has been developed for storing and processing PCR data. These software still have the data storage and data processing capacity problem. Further, none of these software can process relative quantification and absolute quantification data in a single software. Therefore, we developed a database tool that overcomes most of the disadvantages from previous software.
